Bookings
To make "Individual" bookings contact us using the details on our contacts page, and we will be able to confirm a date with you.
To arrange a Party or Bridal Service we do ask that you contact us AT LEAST 1 WEEK / 5 BUSINESS DAYS in advance in order to ascertain the requirements of the event and any special requirements that may be needed.
Minimum Booking Fees
All Parties and Bridal Services require a deposit of 50% of the total amount payable, to be paid in advance. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Late Booking / Last Minute Appointments
Last minute appointments are sometimes available. Where this is possible and the Client then cancels the Cancellation fee becomes due and payable
Cancellation Policy
For "Individual Services" we require 24 hours notice of a cancellation.
All Parties and Bridal Services require 48 hours notice of cancellation.
Code of Conduct
KLM will always act in a strictly professional and ethical manner. KLM with withdraw it's services effectively and immediately if any of the following occurs:
- Intoxication,
- Undeclared Medical Conditions that may or will affect treatment,
- Misconduct,
- Illicit &/or Sexual Behaviour or Advances of any nature,
- Verbal &or Physical Abuse,
The client will be invoiced for payment in FULL, and legal action may be taken if required.
Gift Vouchers
Our Gift Vouchers are available in the following amounts and any combinations of: £25, £50, £75, £100.
Vouchers can be sent to the purchaser or directly to the recipient, on request.
Areas Covered
If you live in an area that is not listed, even if it is a distance please do call us, it may be that we do not currently have any clients in that area at the moment.
